Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh shrimp
- 1 tbsp L&P (Worcestershire Sauce)
- 2 tbsp Bayou Blaze
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup water or seafood stock
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- Optional parsley garnish
Method:
Add garlic and butter to pan
Heat pan on high. When garlic starts to fizzle add shrimp
Season with Bayou Blaze
Stir Pan
Add L&P, cook for 30 seconds
Add water or seafood stock
When shrimp is cooked, turn pan off
Plate:
Shrimp and sauce on plate, scoop of rice in the middle
